Restoring Wholeness · One Woman at a Time
We fund 3D areola restoration tattooing for breast cancer survivors — because healing is physical, emotional, and deeply personal.
Our Mission
After mastectomy, many women feel their healing journey is incomplete. 3D areola restoration tattooing is a powerful final step — one that helps women reconnect with their bodies and move forward with confidence.
But it's often considered cosmetic. Insurance rarely covers it. And the cost falls entirely on the women who need it most. The Whole Again Initiative closes that gap through grant funding, so finances never stand between a survivor and her sense of self.
We partner with skilled paramedical tattoo artists across the country to ensure every woman we serve receives compassionate, expert care — at no cost to her.
The Process
Complete our simple application. We ask about your cancer history, financial situation, and where you are in your recovery. No lengthy forms — we respect your time and privacy.
We pair you with a vetted paramedical tattoo artist near you who specializes in areola restoration. Every artist in our network has been personally reviewed for skill, sensitivity, and expertise.
We pay your artist directly. You arrive, you receive your procedure, and you leave without a bill. That's it. You've been through enough — this part should be simple.
"I'd been a survivor for three years. But it wasn't until the restoration that I finally felt like myself again. I looked in the mirror and just… exhaled."
